Come Sail the World at Arts Alive Global. On September 9th, we will present the premier social event in Annapolis with Arts Alive, Maryland Hall's single largest fundraising event of the year. For this year's Arts Alive, we're going worldwide. Taking place in a tent under the stars, the Maryland Hall campus will transform into a mini-globe with 'trips' around the world through entertainment, decor, art, food, and Pusser's Painkillers. This memorable night is the not-to-be-missed party of the year launching the area's social and arts season

The Colonial Players present Art by Yasmina Reza. A comedy/drama based around 3 middle-aged men of comfortable means who have stayed friends with each other for fifteen years. Will an extravagant art purchase by one, ruin their friendship for good?
September 10th-11th; Byzantium Banquet Center, Annapolis
The Home Owners Expo in Annapolis is working to help a new business in Anne Arundel County grow by participating in the upcoming Home Owners Expo Sept. 10-11 in Annapolis at the Byzantium Event Center. This program will provide the recipient with a complimentary booth at the two-day event, allowing them to promote their products/services at the event, develop potential customer lists, and network with other area professionals. The Home Expo will also provide a social media boost and inclusion on the event website to further help this local company. The booth also comes with a table, two chairs, and trashcan. We will also provide up to $100 in complimentary printing from Post Hast Mail in Annapolis and 6 months of advertising on Eye On Annapolis, valued at $1350. The total value of the donation is $2700. The local company is responsible for staffing their display during show hours, and providing banners and materials for their booth.
4th Annual Baltimore Blonde & Blue Crabs
Maryland Crab Season meets Guinness Time! Enjoy an all-you-care to eat crab feast (using a take home commemorative mallet), along with some of your favorite sides like potatoes, corn, coleslaw, and hush puppies. Your first Guinness Baltimore Blonde (a cool, crisp companion to crustaceans) or our newest can release, El Dorado Amber, is included in the ticket price. After that, Blondes and Amber Ales are $5 for the length of the event. Non-alcoholic beverages (sodas and waters) are included in the ticket price. Don't like crabs? We got you covered. As an alternative, pit beef sandwiches will be available with the same delicious sides. We have dessert covered too, just in case you were worried.

A new event will be happening at Safe Harbor Great Oak Landing Marina in September. On Saturday, September 10th, Safe Harbor Great Oak Landing will host the annual Oxford Community Center Road Rally. The Rally, sponsored in part by Safe Harbor Marinas, will feature up to 80 vintage, classic, exotic and special interest cars and other vehicles, from WWII Jeeps to a $3 million Ferrari. The event raises funds for the Oxford Community Center’s educational, social, cultural, and recreational programs and events.

The Talbot County Chamber of Commerce presents the 36th Annual Chamber Cup Golf Tournament and new this year, the beneficiary will be the Chamber Legacy First Responder Scholarship Fund. This fund was created in 2021 by the Talbot Chamber Board of Directors to help offset tuition and training expenses for local first responders.
