LYON RUM is the flagship spirit of Windon Distilling Company, located in Saint Michaels, Maryland. Founded in 2013, the distillery uses 100% American cane sugar & molasses, along with all natural ingredients (local when possible) to produce a true cane-to-glass spirit. The distillery offers a range of remarkable rums & liqueurs, including small 50ml bottles that make excellent gifts and favors for weddings and events. LYON RUM has been named Best Craft Rum in the USA four times, most recently in 2024, and is an active member of both it's local and national community.
