Partner William Ferris , a 1970 graduate, with highest honors, from the United States Naval Academy, holds Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, and LL.M. degrees from the University of Baltimore and is a retired Navy Commander. He has been selected one of the three Leading Lawyers in the area of Military Law in Anne Arundel County, 2014. Associate Nevin Young , a graduate of St. John’s College in Annapolis, holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University.
