Whole Health Designs hosted its first WELLness Pop-Up Shop this past weekend, welcoming more than 750 people to its “one-stop‐shop” for healthier living and lifestyle.
Proceeds from the weekends’ event benefited Anne Arundel Medical Center with donations to Oncology and Health Promotion & Community Outreach. “We were just blown away with the success of our first pop-up shop and how the whole community united to raise awareness and funds for Anne Arundel Medical Center’s Oncology and Community Outreach programs,” said Lisa Consiglio Ryan, Founder of Whole Health Designs. “The best part of the weekend was seeing how well the community of fitness instructors, healing practitioners, as well as local artists and merchants all came together to provide alternative ways to heal and stay healthy."
Events throughout the weekend included a fun run by Annapolis Running Shop, a fashion show full of summer athletic-wear presented by Athleta, and fitness classes taught by local instructors from Tribestrength, Pilates on the Bay, Sunrise SUP, YogaVibez, Dauntless Fitness and more. Additionally, a prix fixe dinner with Ryan was held.
All events, classes, and workshops focused on healthy living, clean eating, fitness, and fashion for the whole family. For more information on Whole Health Designs, visit Wholehealthdesigns.com.
