Barbara Watkins has been selling real estate in Maryland for 30 years. Most of that time has been spent in Talbot County, making her an expert in the local market. She values continual education to help her better serve her clients, and has earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and Associate Broker designations.
