After a cold winter we are all excited that the warmer weather has finally arrived! And with it ings the 11th season of Annapolis' Arts Festival which runs the first Sunday of each month from May through October. For five hours – from noon until five -- a portion of historic West Street above State Circle is closed to cars and transformed into a fun festival of live music, dance, art and crafts.
