Navy senior wide receiver Casey Bolena celebrates a big Navy victory.
The Navy Midshipmen are one step closer to retaining the rights to the Commander in Chief's Trophy after defeating Air Force 28-10 Saturday in Annapolis.
Despite the uncertainty of this game even being played due to the government shutdown, a record crowd of 38,225 packed into Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium to see Navy improve its record to 3-1 on the season.
Starting quarterback Keenan Reynolds returned to the lineup after leaving last week's contest against Western Kentucky with a concussion. He went on to run for 126 yards and three touchdowns today.
Next week, the Midshipmen will travel to Durham, N.C., to take on the Duke Blue Devils.
