Historic Oxford, Maryland hosted its 5th annual Picket Fence Auction Saturday, October 12th at the Oxford Community Center, featuring 12 large outdoor fences and 10 small inside fences, all by local artists, up for bid. Half of the proceeds from each winning bid were donated to a charity of the artist's choice. Such charities included the Talbot County Humane Society, the Oxford Volunteer Fire Department, Tred Avon YC Junior Sailing, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude's, the Oxford Community Center, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and more.
