Bedlam in the Tavern
Enjoy an evening of colonial music and tavern dining with Historic Annapolis and the accomplished musicians and singers of the musical group "Bedlam". This interactive musical presentation offers an introduction to the popular tavern and pirate music of the colonial era through Bedlam-1-reducedvoices, hammered dulcimer, guitar, percussion, and woodwinds.
For this performance, Bedlam has selected music that highlights the sea, with pirate songs such as "The Coasts of High Barbary" and drinking songs such as "The Antedeluvians Were All Very Sober" that was composed by Benjamin Franklin!
Admission Includes:
**A rousing musical program
**One (1) spirited tavern beverage (select from a Grog or a Dark & Stormy)
**Table snacks
**Tavern games, trivia and a raffle, all shared by local colonials
