Celebrate YOU Day

Children’s Theatre of Annapolis (CTA), is hosting our first “Celebrate YOU Day!” event on June 15th to celebrate the diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community.

The goal of this event is to raise awareness about the joys of diversity and provide helpful tools for families, youth, allies, and the community through various fun-filled activities and educational talks. As part of our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, our organization strives to ensure that LGBTQIA+ individuals are included and that safe and affirming environments are created for all children and families. We take our responsibility seriously in building a future where everyone can freely express themselves creatively.

Welcome to a DEIA talk about acceptance, communication, educational tools, community resources, and more. Members from GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network) will be in attendance.
