Your yoga done to live music. Hosted by Cult Classic and Foundations Island Yoga we will have an all levels class practicing to some beautiful live Christmas music played by Mike Waskey. Afterwards DJ Teddy Ruxspin will be turning up the heat for a all levels Yoga HIIT class than anyone can join in for FREE!

All classes will be lead by Carol Ibex of Foundations Island Yoga and will be accessible for all levels of yogi.

11 am - 12:15 Mike plays live for a beginner friendly slow Flow yoga class

12:30-1:15 DJ Teddy Ruxspin plays live for a special FREE yoga HIIT class.

1:15-2 is casual drinking social in the bar.
