When we sing and drum together, we set our energy free and connect at our ancient core. A little drumming and moving will warm us up. Then we'll free our voices, sharing songs and chants from folk, spiritual, and contemporary traditions around the world. No singing or drumming experience is needed. Bring your own drum or shaker or share one of ours.
