rMiss Shirleyʼs Café first opened in Roland Park in 2005 and was created in loving memory of Miss Shirley McDowell, a longtime cook at The Classic Catering People (Dopkinʼs family-owned catering company).
rThe late Miss Shirleyʼs classic recipes, including Meatloaf, Texas Brisket and Salmon Cakes, inspired Corporate Executive Chef Brigitte Bledsoe to create a menu of breakfast, brunch and lunch menu offerings that satisfy stomach and soul.
