Sweet potato fries are all the rage, these days. Maybe it is the sweetness of the potato and the contrast of flaky salt that drives people wild. In this take, the fries are given a healthy dose of Old Bay for a flavor twist.
Ingredeints
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the potatoes in a large zip-top bag. Add flour and Old Bay and shake vigorously. Add in the olive oil and toss them around to coat. Lay the potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until fries are crisp. Add additional Old Bay if desired.
