Dark Chocolate Chip Drop Cookies
2 1/4 cups organic all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) organic salted butter
3/4 cup organic cane sugar
3/4 cup organic own sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups dark chocolate chips
2 organic cage-free large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix softened butter, cane sugar, and own sugar on low speed in mixer until completely blended. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stop mixer, add flour, mix on low speed until no flour is seen. Add dark chocolate chips. Drop teaspoon sized cookie dough on non-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet for 1–2 minutes, then move to cooling rack to completely cool.
