Mint Matcha Chocolate Chip Nutra Bombs
Non-GMO culinary-grade matcha
Organic peppermint oil
Raw cashews
Organic dates
Organic coconut
Organic maple syrup
Vanilla plant-based protein powder
Chocolate chips (dairy and soy free)
In a food processor, make the batter which consists of the matcha, cashews, dates, protein powder, and mint oil. Roll into golf size balls. Place in fridge while you make the icing. In the food processor, make the icing which consists of cashews, coconut, and maple syrup. Top the batter balls with some icing. Place 6–7 chocolate chips in icing. Enjoy by taking small bites, as these pack a lot of nutrients and are very flavorful. Taste great with coffee.
