From a presser received this morning:"Just launched at the Maryland restaurants, the Prime Lounge menu features casual dining options and lighter fare. Coupled with nightly specials and regular drink promotions, they show the "other side" of Ruth's Chris, a place where casually dressed friends can gather for a laid-back evening of great food and drink.
New menu items include:
•Tenderloin Sliders
•Ahi Tuna Salad
•Maryland Style Crab Cake Sandwich
•Gourmet BLT
The menu is available from 4 pm on at all Ruth's Chris Steak House locations operated by Big Steaks Management in Maryland (Annapolis, Pier 5, Water St. and Pikesville).
In addition to the new menu, there will be regular dining and drink promotions during the week, including:
•All lounge items for $8.99 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm - 8 pm (excluding oysters on the half shell)
•Select cocktails, martinis and wine for $5, plus domestic & imported beer for $3, Sunday - Friday, all night
•Half-price wines by the glass on Wednesdays from 5 pm - 8 pm
