Annapolis, MD – The Annapolis City Council confirmed Burr Vogel as Director of the City’s Department of Public Works during a City Council meeting on Monday, September 11. Annapolis City Manager Michael Mallinoff named Burr Vogel as Acting Director in June. Vogel assumed the role as acting director following the departure of David Jarrell, one-time City Manager and DPW director who retired on June 30 of this year after more than 13 years with the City of Annapolis.
