ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan visited Kent County’s largest employer and made a number of stops during a tour of downtown Centreville in Queen Anne’s County.
Dixon Valve Manufacturing and Distribution Center. Governor Hogan toured the new campus of Dixon Valve, a leading manufacturer and supplier in the hose coupling industry and the largest employer in Kent County. Currently celebrating 105 years of business, Dixon Valve has been headquartered in Chestertown for the past 45 years.
Edward’s Pharmacy. Since 1964, Edward’s Pharmacy has worked to meet the healthcare needs of the residents of Queen Anne’s County. In March, Edward’s Pharmacy was one of 22 EPIC Pharmacies, a group of independently-owned pharmacies headquartered in Maryland, to join the state’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution network.
Queen Anne’s County Health Department. Governor Hogan stopped by the Queen Anne’s County Health Department to thank healthcare workers for their dedicated service throughout the pandemic and continuous efforts in COVID-19 vaccine distribution to local residents.
