With two busy military careers, a young and growing family, and a relocation to this area after several years stationed abroad, the right setting was critical for these buyers. “We [chose this home], first, because it was close to downtown, historic Annapolis. It’s not quite off the beaten path, but it is quiet. And, one of the most important aspects was the quality and design of the house,” says new homeowner Trey Jordan, a colonel in the U.S. Army.
