From the moment you arrive at the Annapolis Towne Centre, you’ll know you’re in for an experience unlike any other. Whether you’re coming for the entertainment, shopping, dining, or nightlife, the Towne Centre offers plenty of ways to unplug and engage all summer long.
June at the Annapolis Towne Centre brings the return of live music, giving-back, and celebration. Wednesday, June 5th is National Running Day and Charm City Run & Annapolis Towne Centre is celebrating for a full 24 hours by using the power of running to make a difference in our local community. This walkathon is to benefit Danny’s Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County with a goal of directing contributions towards purposes and causes that could help change the course of addiction in Anne Arundel County.
Summer Concerts, the popular summer concert series at the Towne Centre, is back again for the tenth year- featuring artists performing Top 40, Blues, Latin, cover favorites and more. Every Friday, June 7 through August 23, from 7:00pm – 8:30pm, the Towne Centre will once again be the center of live music in Annapolis during the twelve-week concert series where music fans can enjoy performers from the green center circles to the shady patios that line the center street, and a beer garden. This year’s lineup features musicians of all genres, including: Dan Haas Band, Weird Science, Doug Segree, Chanssez, Pete Best, Misspent Youth, Mike McHenry Tribe, Kelly Bell, Second Hand News, Pressing Strings, Sean Hetrick and The Leftovers, and The Reagan Years.
The live music continues throughout the weekend on featured Sunday afternoons for some acoustic sounds by local musicians! All performances are from 12-2pm and located in the grass common area across from Target or Charm City Run.
Get a birds-eye-view of the fun from the balcony of Cooper’s Hawk or Ziki Japanese Steakhouse. Come early and shop at one of the many retail stores, or grab a bite to eat at a signature restaurant. Patrons are encouraged to stay after the show is over and explore the variety of nightlife options in the area. With ample parking that’s always complimentary and includes valet options, the Towne Centre makes it easy to shop, dine, live, work, and play.
