This finding has profound implications for our understanding of how the body works and our ability to non-invasively treat illness. While the possibilities of this system are potentially endless, Dr. Soliman focused much of his career on developing the SAAT technique.
In the right ear, SAAT employs the use of modern technology to locate the point of highest electrical release while one is safely exposed via homeopathy to a specific allergen. A needle so small it must be inserted with tweezers, is placed in the precise point and covered with surgical grade adhesives. The patient wears the needle for 3-4 weeks at which point the allergen should be completely eradicated for life.
Dr. Molly typically addresses 8-9 allergens per treatment. Most of her patients need a total of 2-3 SAAT treatments to eradicate all of their prominent allergies, though in some more extreme cases, more treatments might be necessary. If you're unsure which allergens you have, muscle testing can be performed in-office to identify them. For children, a free consultation prior to scheduling the appointment is highly recommended to determine alongside Dr. Molly (who works with children daily) if the child will tolerate this treatment now or if it should be planned for in the future.
SAAT practitioners are frequently asked if SAAT can treat specific allergens including gluten (even when due to Celiacs disease), Alpha Gal, MCAS and more. After a SAAT treatment, one may experience minor discomfort in their ear for 1-2 days after treatment, as if they received a piercing. It is not recommended that you submerge your head in water while you have SAAT needles in, and SAAT must be scheduled at a time the patient does not have an MRI scheduled, as needles will need to be removed.
