There's no need to plan a trip to Vegas this year! Simply join the Friends Foundation this weekend for its Sin City-style Holiday Party, featuring casino games, live music, cocktails, and more!
Not only is it sure to be a fun party, but it's for a great cause - the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Center for Genetic Muscle Disorders, in Baltimore.
Over the last ten years, the foundation has donated in excess of $600,000 to a large number of local, regional, national, and international organizations, such as Hospice of the Chesapeake, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Anne Arundel Medical Center, and the American Cancer Society. With each passing year, the Friends Foundation hopes to build on previous successes to grow and become a greater contributor to the community.
The Basics:
Date: Saturday, December 6th
Time: 7 p.m. to midnight
Location: Loews Annapolis Hotel, located at 126 West Street in Annapolis
The Details:
What can guests expect? A Vegas-style party in Annapolis with casino games and fabulous prizes! And, don't forget to bring your dancing shoes - The Doug Segree Band will perform all night long, even after the gaming ends!
Food and drinks? Enjoy fun and fanciful cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening.
What about parking? Fortunately, valet parking is offered at Loews, so you won't have to worry about finding parking around town.
The dress code? It wouldn't be a holiday party without a stunning cocktail dress! Check out the photo gallery above to see what guests wore to last year's event.
Are tickets still available? You're in luck! Tickets are still available for $150 per person. To purchase, click here.
Where do the proceeds go? The Friends Foundation aims to raise more than $75,000 during this event, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Center for Genetic Muscle Disorders, in Baltimore, and local families affected by the disease.
