Join us for a festive Tree Lighting at Annapolis Town Center with live performances, holiday treats, Santa, and lots of seasonal cheer!
November 22nd, 7 to 8 p.m.; Children's Theatre of Annapolis
Circus Pop! The Giant Bubble Show is a production of Suesakul Shows. The show premiered in 2023 and it features Ringling Bros. alumnus, Logan Jimenez. For sixty minutes Logan will keep children of all ages on the edge of their seats. He combines crazy circus stunts such as fire-eating, daring escapes, and crawling inside a giant balloon with incredible bubble artistry. He effortlessly creates bubble sculptures, bubbles that burst into flames, and bubble volcanoes.

CBMM gets in the festive spirit, hosting the Holiday Edition of the Eastern Shore Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival on Saturday, Nov. 23. A fun-filled tradition since 2011, the Eastern Shore Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival highlights artisans and craftspeople who come from near and far to exhibit and sell coastal and sea-glass related jewelry, home décor, art, and more.
Paul Mecurio's Permission to Speak
November 23rd, 7 p.m.; Maryland Hall, Annapolis
Fresh off a critically acclaimed, sold-out run off-Broadway, Permission to Speak features hilarious and jaw-dropping stories from audience members co- starring alongside Emmy and Peabody Award-winning comedian/actor/host Paul Mecurio, who works and is a recurring performer on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Paul punctuates the evening with his own jokes and anecdotes and in the process brings people together through shared stories and organic connections.

The Great Annapolis Gingerbread Houses
November 24th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Annapolis Visitors Center, Annapolis
The Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival will be hosting their annual Great Annapolis Gingerbread Houses Contest event sponsored and held at Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County at 26 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. The dates of the contest are November 24 - Dec 1 . All ages are encouraged to enter a decorated house for the contest to be held during Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival. Judging will take place starting Sunday, November 24th thru Sunday, December 1st at 3pm. Winners will be announced at the festival at 3:30. Decorated winners will be on display until Friday, December 20th.

Kennedy Krieger Institute's beloved Festival of Trees is celebrating its 35th anniversary, returning to the Maryland State Fairgrounds from November 29 to December 1. This milestone event benefits the patients, students and programs at Kennedy Krieger Institute and ushers in one of the most magical times of the year for families across the region. Hundreds of designer-decorated trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses will be on sale and present throughout the Cow Palace, which will be converted into a dazzling winter wonderland for the weekend. The magic is back this year with holiday vendors, rides for kids, carnival games, entertainment, craft making, 35th anniversary surprises, and all the trimmings for a fun-filled family weekend that benefits a great cause.
November 30th; Oxford Community Center
The Oxford Community Center (OCC) is thrilled to announce that acclaimed trumpeter, vocalist, and songwriter Bria Skonberg will bring her captivating blend of jazz and blues to the stage on November 30, 2024. Hailing from New York and originally from Canada, Bria has made waves in the international jazz scene with her powerful vocals, blistering trumpet performances, and striking compositions.
November 30th through December 3rd; Tidewater Inn, Easton
“Holiday Traditions” is the theme for the 2024 Festival of Trees which will be held in The Gold Room of The Tidewater Inn from Saturday, November 30 to Tuesday, December 3, 2024. In a magical holiday setting, fifty beautifully decorated trees sponsored by individuals and businesses will be on display. In addition, fifty decorated trees ranging in size from 12” to 36” will be for sale. Throughout the festival, holiday entertainment will be performed by local artists, groups and musicians along with the sale of festive gifts
Downtown Annapolis Grand Illumination
December 1st, 4 p.m.; Downtown Annapolis
The Downtown Annapolis Partnership joins the City of Annapolis as they ring in the holiday season in downtown Annapolis. The Grand Illumination and annual tree lighting take place near the Market House every year on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The celebration begins at 4:00 pm with dancing and carols by local groups. The annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony will include carolers, music, and general merriment! This event is free and open to the public. Join Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Elfie as they arrive to light the Christmas Tree.
Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival
December 1st, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Calvert and West Street, Downtown Annapolis
The Inner West Street Association brings you the popular Annapolis Chocolate Binge Festival to downtown Annapolis for the holidays. Held on Sunday, December 1st from 11am to 4pm on the first block of West Street at Church Circle will feature family-friendly entertainment, chocolate, holiday shopping, and the festive West Street Holiday Light Canopy.
