Wines from over 25 Maryland wineries including Basignani, Great Shoals Winery, and Terrapin Station Winery, will be available to sample. Local musical groups Three Shot Mocha and Mosaic Jazz Ensemble will be playing smooth jazz all day long to set the mood.

Tickets for the wine tastings are $30, general admission tickets are $8 for anyone simply wanting to peruse the arts and crafts or play the role of designated driver for their, and tickets for children 12-18 are $5. Children under 12 are free. Click here for more details on the event.
The Chesapeake Wingstock Festival will be held at YMCA Camp Letts in Edgewater and runs from 12-7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Wing enthusiasts can sample wings made by local restaurants as they compete for the title of “Best Wings” in the area and indulge in a wing eating contest. There is also a free children’s activity area.

Local musicians will be performing for the crowd. The musical acts performing this year are A Classic Case, the Uncle Jack Band, Sly 45, D'Vibe and Conga, and the Annapolis School of Rock.
The festival benefits Camp Letts' scholarship program, Caring for Communities, a program that enabled them to provide scholarships to over 290 families last year. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online, at both Stan & Joe's locations, or ordered over the phone. For more details, click here.

On the Eastern Shore, the Kent Island Federation of Arts (KIFA) is holding its 4th Annual “Gardens by the Sea” Tour, highlighting some of the Eastern Shore’s most aesthetically pleasing waterfront garden arrangements.

Most of the gardens will be located either on the Chesapeake Bay or on inlets of Cox and Thompson Creeks, Eastern Bay, Prospect Bay, and the Wye River. Returning this year will be the opportunity to tour and participate in a wine-tasting at Cascia Vineyards in Kent Island.
