Q: How can I age gracefully?
A: The most important step towards aging gracefully is to begin with daily sun protection from damaging ultraviolet rays. An anti-aging skin care maintenance program should include anti-oxidants and a skin care repair-regimen at bedtime. Noninvasive cosmetic procedures and devices are used to smooth the skin; blend the complexion; and replace the loss of facial volume, while decreasing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles that naturally occur with aging.
