Presenter: Carol Patterson | Author and Local Historian
Carol Cushard Patterson received her B.A. and M.A. degrees in English Literature from the University of Maryland. She and her husband, Noel, live in Bay Ridge where they raised two children and now enjoy three grandchildren. Carol is co-author, along with Jane Wilson McWilliams, of Bay Ridge on the Chesapeake, 1986. Over the past 25 years she has given talks and slide presentations about the Bay Ridge Victorian resort to various heritage organizations and as guest speaker aboard the schooner Woodwind during summer evening cruises near Bay Ridge.
