Crossroads Community 5K

Crossroads Community is a nonprofit organization providing behavioral health rehabilitation and case management services to residents of the five mid-shore counties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.  For over three decades the staff of Crossroads Community have stood with clients at the intersection, the crossroads, of their behavioral health issues and recovery goals.
