Yoga is one of the few activities kids and adults can actively participate in together - their whole lives! Circle Yoga's Family Yoga is a playful class designed for kids ages 5 to 8 years to experience yoga with a parent or caregiver. The class will incorporate yoga poses for kids and adults to enjoy together, as well as yoga and mindfulness games and breathing and relaxation techniques. All will leave the class rejuvenated, calmly energized and full of joy. Most enjoyed by children 5 and up.
