The Garden Club of the Eastern Shore has invited author and gardener Marta McDowell to share her new Ideas from English Gardens that have been inspired by the Chelsea Garden Show, the Eden Project, Thames Barrier Park and more on Wednesday, April 29 at the Oxford Community Center in Oxford, MD. Her books explore the close relationship between authors and their gardens. Marta also teaches at the New York Botanical Gardens and her garden is included in the Smithsonian Archive of American Gardens.
