Thank you for visiting our page! If you are new to Hospice Cup, welcome! We are happy to have you aboard. Here are the basics of Hospice Cup to get you started—
WHAT: Hospice Cup, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for and awareness of hospice care in our region.
HOW: We do this by hosting an annual sailing regatta near Annapolis, Maryland. Hospice Cup offers several other opportunities to get involved, including various happy hours and socials leading up to the big race. We also have a Spectator Boat to watch the races and host a Shore Party after the races.
WHY: This year we have two participating hospices:
These hospices use the Regatta as a springboard to solicit sponsors and donors to support their various programs. All funds raised by individual hospices are retained by that hospice. Participating hospices are non-profit organizations and are both members of the national hospice and palliative care organization.
