This class focuses on all the changes a mama’s body went through during pregnancy, how and when to exercise safely after, and even check for diastasis recti by a certified professional. In the class, the moms will learn how to increase energy, sleep better, get rid of the “mom-pooch”, minimize incontinence, feel stronger, lift mood, relieve stress, manage aches and pains, lose weight, feel stronger, etc! Basically how to function in daily life as a mom! Non-mobile children are welcome.
