Thanksgiving: A History Through Food explores the political, social, economic, and cultural traditions that have made Thanksgiving a truly American holiday.
Discover how Thanksgiving has transformed over time from the celebration of Harvest Home, as it was called in 1621 at Plimoth Plantation. You’ll find that not only have the reasons we celebrate Thanksgiving changed over the years… but so has the food!
