Exhibit Opening Receptions

The Galleries of QuietWaters Park will feature two exhibits from April 1 through May 17, 2020. The Digital Photography Club of Annapolis Spring Juried Exhibition will show in the Willow Gallery while “The Wonders of Watercolor by Ardythe Jolliff' will be in the Garden Gallery.

The Digital Photography Club of Annapolis is a diverse group of photographers from beginners, serious amateurs to professionals.  The club’s biweekly meetings at Maryland Hall feature well-known local speakers, members talks on tools and techniques, showcases of members’ photos plus field trips, and shooting challenges.  The Club conducts several exhibitions each year and their members regularly participate in art shows in the area.  Visit the club web site at https://dpca.photoclubservices.com.

Ardythe Bernette Jolliff is an award winning watercolorist who loves to depict light and shadow, rich color ad the special glow of watercolor.  Her favorite subjects are flowers, birds and especially shells collected during her residency in Florida.  She also enjoys painting interesting views of buildings, houses, landscapes, water views and local scenes of Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy.  Her paintings are created with imagination and she invites the viewer to explore her artistic visions with her.

Both exhibits will hold their Opening Receptions on Sunday, April 5, 2020 from 1:30 to 3:30.  Entrance to the park is $6.00 per vehicle.  The fee is waived for the reception
