Join us for a 1-hour seminar on the green with East Coast Martial Arts. Learn PRACTICAL self-defense basics from Women Empowered, the leading program for women. No experience required. Ages 13+, all fitness levels welcome. Wear comfortable workout attire. Trauma sensitive.

Registration is required. Tickets are $5 and 100% of proceeds will benefit the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
