Here, it is combined with a chipotle pepper and Greek yogurt for just the right amount of spice. Dip green beans, occoli and other crudite.
8 ounces Greek yogurt
8 ounces light mayonnaise
1 chipotle pepper
3 Tbsp. smoked paprika

Combine the above ingredients in a good process or blender. Pulse until smooth. Add more smoked paprika or some of the adobo sauce from the pepper for additional spice. Makes 2 cups dip.
