I have always had a passion for real estate and 12 years ago, I made the professional leap to become a full-time Realtor. Working with clients, listening to their needs, and helping them navigate through the buying or selling process is not only the ultimate professional reward, but comes naturally to me. Regardless of whether my clients are first-time buyers or high net-worth individuals buying a second or third home, I was raised with strong values to treat everyone equally and those values have carried through to my real estate practice. My tireless work ethic is born not only from my passion for real estate but also how I was raised, and I am by my clients’ side every step of the way. My ethos is that my clients always come first.
I have more than a decade of experience guiding locals, politicians, second-home buyers, corporate and media CEOs, and out-of-state buyers through the often complicated process of buying and selling properties on the Eastern Shore and beyond. Discretion and professionalism are of the utmost importance to me. I understand the emotional and financial significance of buying or selling any property, especially waterfront, historic, or properties with unique family value, and helping my clients navigate this emotional and stressful process is not something that I take lightly. I grew up in Baltimore with six other siblings and started to work at young age in my family’s business. I learned quickly the values of hard work and delivering results. These ethics carry over to every one of my clients, whether I am negotiating the best purchasing price on behalf of my buyer or negotiating the best deal for my sellers. Working with a realtor must be a collaborative process to be successful and I am your most dedicated advocate for one of the most important decisions of your life.
When I am not hard at work for my real estate clients, I am enjoying the lifestyle that the Eastern Shore affords my husband and our three sons: boating, fishing, coaching basketball, and cooking.

Q: I'm thinking of selling my house; what do I need to do?
A: Curb appeal goes a long way. Freshen up the front of your house to invite buyers in to see more. Remove the clutter from your home so buyers can visualize themselves in your home. Do everything you can to get your home in excellent shape. Most importantly, price your home accordingly to the comparable sales, trends in the market, and your motivation. These tips, coupled with an attractive price, will increase the odds of getting your home sold.
