Now, I'm not saying my personality completely changes—that'd probably make me officially crazy. But, there are still some small differences. I can put my terrible dancing on display when nobody's looking, for example. (Seriously bad—think Chris Martin from Coldplay). And, when I'm out doing something fun, I'm usually more likely to smile and laugh than I would sitting on my couch and reading Sherlock Holmes.

I'm willing to bet I'm not alone, here. And, according to a report by the U.S. Census Bureau, our at-home vs. in-public differences extend into what we buy.

Apparently, what we purchase through e-commerce differs drastically from what we get in stores.

We're a lot more likely, for example, to buy drugs & health aids at a real pharmacy than we are from a website. Though, I'd be pretty shocked if this were the other way around. And a little scared.

When it comes to clothes, on the other hand, we flock to internet retailers. I'm guessing this has something to do with the terror of trying on clothes. Or is that just me?
