Yes, today is April Fool's Day, but here are three 100% real events that you can attend this weekend:

For the Kids
See Goin' Monkey at Academy Art Museum
Kids have energy. What better way to wear them out than by taking them to see this interactive musical. It includes singalong songs and lots of jumping, dancing and learning opportunities. High energy adults will love it too. The show takes place on Saturday at 10 at Academy Art Museum in Easton.

For the Grownups
Learn about an Innovative Program
Ever heard of Shakespeare Behind Bars? Me neither, but now that I'm reading about it it sounds interesting. The Founder and Producing Director of the program, which helps prison inmates develop life skills by rehearsing and performing Shakespeare will host a talk at Oliver's Carriage House in Columbia at 7 p.m. tonight. It's always great to learn something new.

For the Whole Family
Check Out Chestertown First Friday
If you're free tonight and you'll be on the Shore, check out first Friday in Chestertown from 5 to 8. Events include the Artworks Fiber Show Opening and the American Cancer Society Realy for Life Kick-Off Party. You can find out more on Chestertown's website, or just head downtown and see what's going on.
