What can guests expect?
Ignite Annapolis will feature 16 speakers, each taking the stage for five minutes to deliver fast-paced talks on topics including environment, health and wellness, philanthropy, prison reform, economic development, and gun violence. The event will be emceed by deejay Rob Timm of WRNR, and will include a brief 20-minute intermission. Seating is first-come, first-served, so plan to arrive early if you are part of a group or want seats close to the stage.
Food and drinks?
Arrive at 6:30 for a pre-event cocktail networking party in the Cheney and Martino galleries, featuring complimentary hors d’hoeuvres courtesy of Saucy Salamander, and a cash bar by Maryland Hall. Food and drinks will also be available during the short intermission.
After the event, keep the conversation going at the Ignite Annapolis after party at Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge. Chat with presenters, sponsors, organizers, and fellow attendees while enjoying drinks from a cash bar on Metropolitan’s second floor.
What about parking?
Plenty of free parking is available at Maryland Hall, as well as next door at Bates Middle School.
