Annapolis Science Café at 49 West: “Steps to Take at 30 for Healthy Survival at 70” by Dr. Cliff Andrew, Neurologist. Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and Principal Physician of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians Neurology Consultants in Severna Park.
I still remember that first patient I saw 55 years ago this month. After four years at Columbia, eight years at Duke and 48 years at Johns Hopkins, tonight I am retiring from doctoring. Tonight, I will discuss 12 actions in four areas you can take in “young adulthood” to add years to your life, as well as life to your years as you reach “senior citizenship". In so doing you will lessen chances of physical and neurologic impairment.
We hope you will join us in person at the Annapolis Science Café at 49 West, but Zoom is available too; if interested in Zoom or other questions, email annapoliscafesci@gmail.com. It is best to reserve seats for this event at 49 West by calling 410-626-9796. The event is free but you need to buy something from the restaurant.
