Good Morning Yoga is a pose-by-pose children’s story that helps us start the day on the right foot! Come join us as we “wake-up” our bodies! Easy, fun, and child-friendly yoga poses will teach us how to focus on our breathing to help us relax and settle our busy minds in a busy world!
Reservations encouraged.
Cost: $10 per child General Admission; $8 per child for HA Members and Volunteers; Free for Family Circle Members.
