Pass, Pick & Play is a partnership with the Armstrong family to provide children from financially-challenged families in the Annapolis area with free sporting goods. This is a community-wide effort across all youth age groups. Additionally, Annapolis Soccer Club and Annapolis Recreation and Parks will host free youth soccer and flag football clinics
