Raise the Roots

We're only ONE WEEK AWAY from Raise the Roots: our two-year anniversary party and Fall Hope Campaign kickoff on September 25th from 12-7PM at Severna Park Taphouse!  And WOW, it's shaping up to be quite a party!  Along with the Life of Joy Band and headliner Shelby Blondell, we have NINE other local talents coming out to help us raise the roof with an awesome range of country, blues, pop, indie, rock, reggae and party music!  See below for the event schedule and entertainment lineup.

Auction and raffle items are stacking up too! Thanks to some generous donors, our LIVE auction (kicking off around 5:15pm) will feature an electric guitar autographed by Blake Shelton as well as a 7-day getaway to a beautiful 4-bedroom villa in Kissimmee, Florida!  Plus we've got NEW LOJ merch coming, a 50/50 going, a photo booth, our HOPE Wall and more!!  More highlights and a LAST CALL to partner with us as a sponsor.  All to Raise the Roots of our foundational programming here at LOJ. 

That said, PLEASE come out and support this event. We're already into dozens of suicides and even more attempts in Anne Arundel County alone this year, and our community is thirsting for the kind of help and support we are working to provide.

If you can make it out even just for a portion, please get your tickets BY THIS SUNDAY so we can give our friends at the Taphouse a solid preliminary count!  And if you can't make it, please consider gifting someone else you know with a ticket to go in your place.  If we sell 200 in advance, we get the place all to ourselves!
