The Complete Player (TCP) Charity is home to TCP Youth Empowerment programs that “Unleash the Leader Within” underserved youth by equipping them with the confidence, character, and emotional intelligence needed to reach their fullest potential.
Through after school and summer programs, TCP Youth Empowerment serves 4-8th grade youth in six schools across Brooklyn Park and Glen Burnie.
To date, TCP has served just under 1,000 students resulting in significant increases in student’s’ confidence, self-esteem, academic achievement, and behavioral improvements. TCP Middle school students have also made a significant impact in their community by stuffing over 800 care packages for the homeless, starting 40 oyster farms in the Severn River, planting 8 conservation gardens, collecting over 100 pounds of litter, and sprucing up Hammonds Lane park.
