- Run of show (subject to change) below. Let us know your thoughts on the best 90-minute window for the photographer. I would think from about 7:00-8:30 p.m., but open to your suggestions.
- 6:00 p.m. – Guest arrival
- 6:45 p.m. – Dinner opens
- 7:00 p.m. – Program begins
- Welcomes, thank yous followed by a pull-at-your-heartstrings video, Paddle Raise, and Live Auction.
- 7:45 p.m. – Dancing and entertainment
- 9:45 p.m. Last song, closing down the party
