I never found it. I ended up booking a professional makeup artist at the last minute and paying $55 (plus an extra $10 for false lashes) so I could have piece of mind that I would look great all day. I have one of those faces that makeup just slides off of, and I've never been able to find an eyeliner, foundation, or eyeshadow that's stayed put when I needed it to.
However, a few weeks ago, a representative from Cailyn Cosmetics contacted me. I'd never heard of the company, but I said we'd try out any samples they sent us. And, boy, did they send us samples -- I had enough gel eyeliner to give out to three other girls in the office, along with mineral foundation and eyeshadow.

The eyeliner is a gel that comes in a small pot with a built-in ush. Amy found it a bit tricky to apply, but I didn't really have any problems. However, all four of us that tried the eyeliner were amazed -- it is, by far, the best eyeliner we've ever tried.
I don't give this acclaim lightly, and I really put the eyeliner testing through the ringer. When I say that, I mean I ran in it, I danced in it, I even went to a bikram yoga class (that's 105-degree heat, people, and TONS of sweat) in it. And it stayed on through everything (I couldn't say the same for my drugstore- and mascara, though). The colors we tried (black, chocolate, own, blue, and green) are all richly pigmented. I was similarly impressive by the mineral foundation powder and shimmery eyeshadow.

The eyeliner retails for about $21, but I think it's worth the price. If you're still looking for a make that will stay put throughout your wedding day, this just might be it.
