WHO WE ARE
What do you like most about working in mental health?
Adults, adolescents, and children with mental health issues can suffer distress and discomfort in every part of their day. The right care can give them the tools they need to succeed and form healthy relationships. Good mental health is an opportunity to change the course of someone’s life.
What do you like the most about your practice?
This is a great group of professionals who are smart, well-trained, compassionate and are committed to getting people feeling better. We consult with each other and work closely together on cases. And our offices have wonderful, natural lighting.
What question is asked most often about medication and mental illness?
People often think of medication as the last option. Nobody knows medications better than we do –the studies, the effects, the appropriate doses, and the use of medication. There is no substitute for knowing the patient and we invest in time with the patient. For adults and parents who have tried medication, once they see the benefits they often regret not treating it sooner.
Why do people come to our practice?
CPE Clinic, LLC is comprised of leading psychiatrists and psychologists whose clinical expertise is built on years of research, teaching, and treating patients to deliver comprehensive clinical care in the field of mental health. We treat adults, adolescents, and children. Patients often find us after being treated by other providers without progress or improvement. Our providers leverage their expertise with their patients in attention, anxiety, OCD, behavior problems, learning and development challenges, mood disorders, bi-polar disorder, PoTs/Dysautonomia and Tourette’s. We spend our time not only diagnosing and treating but educating and enabling our patients to move forward.
