All artists living in Maryland are invited to submit artwork for consideration as the official poster image for the 5th Annual Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival. An application for entry must be submitted by April 1 followed by digital art submission by April 8.
Artwork should represent the Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival and portray the spirit of the event, including wine and the flavor of the Chesapeake Bay region. All entries must be submitted digitally in a .jpg or .pdf format. Limit one entry per Artist. Only two-dimensional artwork will be considered. All mediums accepted except photography. The only text should read “Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival 2012” which must be somewhere on the entry. A copy of your completed entry form must be submitted with or prior to your entry. The Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival Committee will retain possession and all legal rights to the winning entry, including all reproduction and photographic rights, with artwork credit for any published use given to the Artist.
The winner will receive recognition as the official 2012 Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival poster Artist, $100 cash award, four complimentary tickets to the event, complimentary booth/vendor space at the event, and 15 official Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival posters. Also, the winning Artist will have the opportunity to sign the official Chesapeake Bay Wine Festival posters at the event.
