Jackson Bradley, a 10 year Cam idge youth has recently been diagnosed with inoperable ain cancer. Jackson is the step-son of Brian Burton and son of Jennifer Burton. He is the oldest of four children. He is currently receiving treatment through Johns Hopkins University and must make frequent trips there to see numerous specialist.

Sunday, June 5th has been declared “Jackson Bradley Day”. On this date there will be Cam idge-South Dorchester “alumni” pick up soccer games at Viking Stadium in Cam idge, Maryland. We wish to ing together the local soccer community and alumni to help a former teammate and his family in a fun, rewarding and respectful manner. EVERYONE IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE!

The games are a fun way to reunite old teammates and raise money for a good cause. They are not meant to be overly competitive. Let's keep the games fun!

12:00 – 1:00 – Registration of players - $10.00 per player to participate

1:15 – Opening remarks/introductions

5:30 – Announcement of Chance Auction Winners

Chance auction – There well be numerous items of interest. Autograph soccer ball by DC United – Manchester United Jersey – Gift certificates to various restaurants – Certificate for bushel of crabs, etc. One special item is a week's rental of a vacation home located in Swanville, Maine – Bee-Lieve Cottage named after Marci Bee Dayton – who also had a ain tumor. If you have never been to Maine you won't want to miss this or if you have I am sure you will want to return!

There will be no admission charge to the stadium but donations will greatly be appreciated. ALL proceeds from this day will go to Jackson's family. Bring the kids – there will be a moon bounce for them to play on and face painting for a small fee.

The concession stand will be open serving refreshments all day.

Other fundraisers are also being planned for the near future with the possibility of a Poker Run and activity at Jimmie and Sook's – more to come on these.

This is one way the Dayton Family can help pay back the support from the community that they received during Marci's illness. If it had not been for the community they would not have had the resources that they did to spend the time with her during her illness. It truly showed us how wonderful it is to live where we do!
